What does “WOD” mean?
“WOD” is a CrossFit acronym meaning “Workout Of the Day.” For more CrossFit-centric terms, take a peek at this handy glossary.

What does “CrossFit box” mean?
A “CrossFit box” is actually just another word for “gym.”

What is the Global WOD Project?
The Global WOD Project is an international adventure structured around working out (and observing the culture) in CrossFit boxes across the globe.
